[11] History/Physical Findings:

A 69-year-old male patient was diagnosed with malignant lymphoma in the stomach at another hospital and then referred to our hospital for the lymphoma staging. A metastatic mass was detected in his liver. He underwent a bone marrow examination.

CBC : WBC 7.3 x109/L, Hgb 8.0 g/dL, PLT 469 x 109/L, RDW 14.3%,
