In 1999, the Guidelines for Monoclonal Gammopathies were published in the Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine 1999;123:106-107. The Guidelines were the result of a one year project that was cosponsored by the College of American Pathologists, The American society of Hematology, The Clinical Immunology Society and the Clinical Center of the National Institutes of Health. The panel of experts who worked on these Guidelines is listed in this slide.
