Message from the Head of the Department

     Our department was established in 1995 to treat emergency patients in the eastern part of Saitama Prefecture. I was appointed in 2015. Specialists in internal medicine, surgery, and trauma work together as a team to provide initial medical care and post-hospital intensive care management. We are committed to providing high quality medical services and developing a community-based emergency medical system. We are striving to further develop clinical care, education, and research, which is the mission of a university hospital.
