In home care nursing, we utilize learning in basic fields, specialized basic fields, and specialized fields to comprehensively understand the home care patients and their families. We take a holistic view of home care patients and their families, learn about the system and utilization of social resources to support the continuation of home care from a viewpoint that emphasizes life, and issues according to the individuality of the patient. Students will learn how to solve problems, how to practice nursing, and how to support the way of life of the person.
1. Home Care Nursing
Students will learn nursing practice methods based on the lives of home care patients and their families. Students will learn how to integrate health, medical care and welfare and tailored home nursing activities to maintain and improve the quality of life of home care patients and families of all ages, illnesses and disabilities.
2. Practicum in Home Care Nursing
Students will learn life-based nursing practice methods from the practice of home nursing for home care patients and their families. We understand the highly individualized nursing provision method that supports the continuation of home care by utilizing the environment and social resources surrounding the subject, and learn the basics of nursing that supports the subject's way of life. Students learn the role of nursing in home care.
